Professional Experience

I have been a strong listing agent in this area for over 20 years.  I have worked with many distressed homeowners in addition to traditional home sales.  My first experience with Bank Owned Homes and Short Sales occurred in the early 90’s.  I have used that experience to successfully market and sell homes in today’s financial climate.  I have worked with numerous loss mitigators and negotiators on my short sale listings and have successfully obtained short sale approval on all of them.  I have sold many homes that were occupied by tenants as well.  

Professional Achievements and Goals

I have been a full time, full service realtor in South Santa Clara County since 1990.  In an effort to provide competent service to my clients I continue to stay up to date on their real estate needs.  In 2014 I obtained my Real Estate Broker License and 2011, I obtained certification for Short Sale Negotiation and HAFA sales.  In 2008, I earned the California Association of Realtors nationally recognized GRI real estate designation.  To earn the GRI designation, you must complete an intensive 14 course series of live lecture courses designed to improve marketing and negotiating skills, learn the latest in technology, provide an understanding of the new disclosures and legal aspects of real estate, and become familiar with the latest trends in financing; all designed to assist the graduate of this program to provide the best service to the consumer.
